We want you to love your Riddle purchase! Please review our return and exchange policies below before placing your order:
Custom & Partial Custom Orders
Due to the unique and personalized nature of these items, all custom and partial custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This includes any item made to order or altered specifically for you.
Boot Flare
All boot flare items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Other Products
Unless otherwise noted in the product listing, all other items are eligible for โoneโ exchange only (no refunds). To qualify:
- You must contact us and ship the item within 3 days of original delivery.
- Items must be returned in new, unworn condition with no pet fur, makeup, odors, or signs of wear.
- Buyers are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
- Tracking must be provided for the return shipment.
- If the item is returned and does not meet our condition standards, it will be returned to the buyer at their own expense.
