**Please read all policies and product descriptions prior to ordering.  Most products will have information in the descriptions explaining arrival time estimates. Once you have placed your order all rules apply.

Returns and Exchanges

Please check your item upon arrival. We are not responsible for inconsistencies and oversights after our 14 day return policy.

Felted Soaps and Dryer Balls are non-refundable

Upcycled Jewelry is non-refundable, however, if you need a piece repaired or replaced we are happy to assist. 

Baby Wraps and Carriers - We are not responsible for damage, flaws, shrinkage or stretching after a wrap or carrier has been washed, worn, or used in any manner. If this is a clearance or sale item, it in non-refundable. 

Riddle Retro Shirts are non-refundable. We thoroughly wash, dry, and rigorously inspect each shirt for any signs of excessive damage and wear/tear. Your shirt may be a little faded, with some age on it, but still in great shape. If you have any questions about a particular T, feel free to contact us at myriddlegifts@gmail.com

  
Rules:

1. Shipping charges are refunded on a case by case basis.
2. Your item cannot shows signs of wear or usage. If your item has been worn, washed, Ironed, pressed, show signs of animals or heavy smells it will NOT be eligible for a refund.
3. Each item must be returned with original packaging, bag, tags, instructions, and documents still attached ( if applicable). If you are missing one or more of these items, you may not qualify for a refund.
4. "Gifts with purchase" must be returned along with your item, otherwise the gifts full retail value will be subtracted from your refund. Everything must be returned with the item you are returning.

Please email us at myriddlegifts@gmail.com to inform us you’d like to return your item. This way we can expedite your return.

Regular Purchase Only ~ May be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or prior to fulfillment.
